Creating Thriving Multigenerational Workforces
Many leaders face tensions when managing multigenerational workforces, impacting productivity and talent retention. Employees from different generations have varying values, beliefs, and communication styles, which can lead to tensions and opportunities within organisations. Age diversity is often overlooked in the ongoing conversations around Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and so, with the support of the Health Foundation, we have brought together leaders from across all sectors to take practical steps to address the needs of multigenerational workforces in their organisations.
Taking action on the cost-of-living crisis
The cost of living continues to rise in the UK with increasing food, energy and rent prices having a differential impact across our already unequal society. We brought together 73 leaders from across all sectors of society to take practical steps to address the rising cost of living for their employees and the communities they serve.
