The Exchange is an 11-day programme delivered over six months that'll shift how you see yourself and your organisation. Centred on two leadership exchanges, you’ll go inside the world of other leaders and invite them into your own. By observing leaders and organisations that are different to you, and then by being observed, you’ll see yourself and your responsibility in a new light.

We encourage organisations to put groups of leaders on the Exchange programme to maximise the benefits to the organisation.

Exchange participants are open-minded, ready to have their assumptions challenged and ambitious to be a change-maker for a responsible future. You'll value different perspectives and new ways of working, and be open to ideas from leaders working in business practices and communities unlike your own. Participants usually have at least five years' experience in senior management and manage a team of at least five people. You must also be prepared to host other Exchangers in your office.
Every spring and autumn, we bring together 60 leaders from different sectors to explore responsible leadership in practice.
