Inspiration and support to make long-term sustained change
We support you with tools and a systems-change methodology to help you make change in your organisation. If you want to go deeper, we offer collective change initiatives to collaborate across organisations on a topic of common interest, and we bring together Fellows within your organisation to help you tackle strategic issues.

Provocation to engage with key societal issues that matter for responsible leadership
You get the chance to explore the major forces shaping the wider environment through our regular online Discovery Sessions that help raise awareness of responsible leadership issues, broaden your perspectives and encourage you to take action in your organisation.
Opportunity to foster relationships and collaborate
We match you with other Fellows with the same interests and broaden your connections to solve problems with peers from other organisations. Once a year, we bring the whole Fellowship together in a forum to reconnect with each other and explore a key responsible leadership issue.
Our five principles and four corresponding practices help to guide our work and our approach.
