SIR Anthony Salz
The Institute was set up following his 2013 review into Barclays’ business practices. Formerly Vice Chairman of Rothschild, the BBC Board of Governors, Chairman of Bloomsbury publishing and a lawyer at Freshfields for more than 30 years.
Sue is a Senior Partner at KPMG, where she leads a number of global client relationships and sits on the Client Council.
David is a Senior Partner & Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working with Financial Institutions around the world on major strategy and organisational changes.
Emmajane is Global Head of Communications - Global Private Banking, HSBC. She is also a Fellow from Cohort 2016.
William was formerly Chairman of the Wellcome Trust until 2015. He was also previously President & CEO of General Electric Healthcare and the Chairman of BP.
Martin Hewitt, QPM is a senior British police officer. He has held various Assistant Commissioner roles within the Metropolitan Police service before serving as Chairman of the National Police Chiefs' Council, a position he has held since May 2019.
Founder & Chief Executive
Adam set up the Institute, with the support of The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a consultant for five years. He sits on our board and leads the Institute. He is primarily responsible for relationships with all our partner organisations.
Ruth has worked for the UK government, the private sector, charities and social enterprises. She oversees all the programme and Fellowship work-streams within the Institute. She also sits on the Institute’s board.
Becky has spent her career working with leaders and their teams to deliver large scale transformation in the UK, Europe and North America. She leads our work to deepen impact in our partner organisations. In addition to this, this is also a Fellowship programme Facilitator.
Geoff previously had a 25 year HR career culminating in being Global VP HR Marketing, Communications and Sustainability at Unilever. Geoff works with Adam and Ruth on the wellbeing agenda within our partner organisations.
Georgina has held senior positions in organisations such as the United Nations Development Programme and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. She joins the team in November 2019. As one of our participants on the Fellowship programme, she will bring a unique perspective to the team.
Fellowship Programme Director
Lorraine has led a number of leadership development programmes, working with senior leaders across the public, private and social sector throughout her career, she joins us in November 2019 from The Whitehall & Industry Group, previously working as Head of Leadership.
Programme & Events Manager
Nneka previously led a business accelerator for East London creatives and solopreneurs. She now manages and oversees the delivery of all the events on the Fellowship programme.
Alex works with Nneka helping to deliver all of our events on the Fellowship programme. She also works closely with external contributors such as our Community Dinner hosts and Discovery Session speakers.
Ali works with Becky and Adam to deepen impact in our partner organisations, ensuring our Fellows can embed and share their learning within our partner organisations. Previously, Ali worked at World Challenge leading a number of departments within the organisation, before becoming their Global Head of Marketing.
Alex works with Adam managing the relationships with our partner organisations, ensuring all our partners are getting the most from the programmes we run. Alex previously worked in the Fellowship programme team running our events.
Marie works closely with all of our Fellows, helping them to connect with one another on various projects including working on their Change Challenges. She also supports on external communications.
Senior Communications Manager
Camilla worked in marketing and advertising before joining to manage the Institute's internal and external communications, digital infrastructure and brand. She works closely with Adam and Ruth as well as the programme teams.
Head of Finance & Operations
Jess previously worked in banking and leads our finance, HR and governance for the Institute and team. She is also our company secretary.
Jane previously had a thirty year career at the BBC, culminating as Director of Education and has been on the facilitation team since day one.
Cleo joins our facilitation team having worked for the Institute as the Deputy Programme Director. Previously had a career in innovation consultancy coaching clients and teams on innovative change programmes.
Scott has over 20 years experience at some of the world’s biggest companies and agencies. He’s author of the book ‘Creative Superpowers’ and coaches and consults alongside his facilitation with us.
Kate has worked in international development, environmental management, academia and leadership development. When she’s not facilitating with us she is running Wasafiri, a systems change consultancy.
Fergus is a leadership coach and co-founder of the consultancy Alpha Sierra Group. He has spent over 30 years in the aviation industry and was central to a transformation in air traffic control that affected the industry globally.
