Our Fellows are accomplished leaders with a track record of success, usually with 20 years of outstanding professional work experience. They manage teams of 10 - 10,000 and are identified by their organisations as those with significant senior leadership potential, on a trajectory to the most senior level in their organisation.
We are more focused on genuine potential then exact seniority. But, as a guide, Fellows are typically 1-2 levels beneath the main Board of their organisation. In smaller organisations they will likely sit on the Executive Committee.
