Paid maternity, paternity, adoption or shared parental leave.
If you've worked with us for at least 52 weeks when your baby's due, we'll pay 100% of your salary for the first six weeks of shared parental leave, 50% from weeks 7-16 and 30% for weeks 17-26. 
If you've worked with us for at least 104 weeks when your baby's due, we'll pay 100% of your salary for the first 6 weeks of shared parental leave, 50% from weeks 7-26 and 30% for the remainder of leave taken (up to and including week 52).

Work experience

We don’t have a formal work experience programme at the Forward Institute but we're always open to providing this experience where possible. We know the importance of early career experiences, and want to empower you to develop and consider responsible leadership skills early on in your career. While we can't guarantee work experience with us, we encourage you to get in touch to discuss the possibility.
