LEAdership exchange: long Briefing
The Leadership Exchange is a structured observation exercise that will deepen your insight into the styles, practices and the actual process of responsible leadership in different organisations. It involves observing and being observed.
Whilst the Exchange days provide the most novel, and perhaps intense aspect of the experience, please note that the preparation and the debrief stages are equally as important to the process.

Taken from the long briefing, the below 1-pager provides a reminder for your approach and responsibility in undertaking the observation of your partner.
After the exchange
Once you have completed both parts of the Exchange, please write a 500-word (maximum) reflection paper on the experience.
